The goal of CLINARIUM's Customer Services Help Desk is to provide customers with a
single point of contact for assistance. The Help Desk ensures that calls are handled in a
prompt and courteous manner and are resolved or escalated accordingly.
Presently, Customer Support Services are available in three locations: US, UK, and
GERMANY, with a fourth location opening soon in JAPAN. The Help Desk will answer
installation and application questions, as well as technical and operational queries. It
is equipped with a toll-free phone number, fax number, voice mail, and email.
